We have 3 Cottage Lodges that have all the same amenities, that will accommodate your group...There is a 2 nite minimum on weekends (3 nite minimum on long weekends) during golf season and summer season...We are a group accommodation and typically 10-12 guests are the minimum for group accommodation... Whether you are a group of 12-40+ people, all men'… and also sports groups or any other breakaway groups or family reunions looking for a fantastic getaway!! We pride ourselves in providing the facilities that best accommodate your group...We have groups that have been staying with us for over 25 years... and have stayed in all 3 cottages at different times based on the size of their group... They loved them all!!! We will provide the provide the best-suited Cottage Lodge based on the size of your group!! If your group is LESS than 12 people, we will refund you half of the cleaning fee on arrival! We look forward to hosting your group... We have plenty of spaces even though our calendar may say full! We are delighted to speak about pet options! Our 3 COTTAGE LODGES each have fully equipped kitchens, bedding and linens provided. We also encourage our guests to bring their personal items and we will take care of the rest of their needs. There are gas BBQ's and covered patios, volleyball, horseshoe and fire pits and games rooms have pool tables, poker table, and satellite sports screens. We are located a short walk to the WeGo Shuttle that runs every half hour to the Falls Attractions, Nightclubs and Casinos! The Cottage Lodge can provide for groups from 4 to 50 and 'Group Accommodation' is our specialty. Our policy is...'All you have to bring is your personal items and we provide the rest'...

The EXECUTIVE, ADDITION, UPPER LOFT, LOWER LOFT are located on the 18th tee of the 18 hole golf course right next door! The RYSDALE, CADDY SHACK and CABINS 1,2, and 3 are located on the 1st fairway of the golf course next door... The HERITAGE, BOATHOUSE, DUGOUT and the LUNDY MANOR is also located on the 1st fairway of the golf course next door…. We package with most area courses should you like to play several courses during your includes a light lunch and beverage 'on the turn'... During your stay, we will host your group for a complimentary pizza night at our friend's Molson's sponsored sports bar Chip & Charlie’s located a block away! We can arrange your shuttle so we can get you home safe after an evening ‘on the town’! We are open year round and many groups stay with us and go to Buffalo for NFL Football, NHL Hockey, enjoy Canada's largest free New Years Eve Party at the Falls, Christmas and the Festival of Lights that lasts into February...Out of town sports groups 'Stay and Play' and participate in hockey, baseball and golf tournaments in the Niagara Region....Our 'Stay and Play' has hosted many breakaway groups.... Quilting Groups, Hobby Groups, Bachelor/Bachelorettes, Religious Groups, Business Groups, Anniversaries, Weddings, Family/College Reunions, and the list goes on!
